What is the Michigan Business & Professional Association?

The Michigan Business & Professional Association is a business trade organization that represents over 20,000 members who employ over 160,000 people throughout the State of Michigan. We are the fastest growing business association in the Midwest and are known for the service, education, advocacy, and solutions we provide our members.

President Edward Deeb, veteran association leader, celebrated his 48th anniversary in the industry in 2010. The Association is active in both industry and community relations, and involved in numerous community programs and events.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Michigan Business and Professional Association is to provide exceptional member service, on-going education, advocacy and business solutions for small and medium sized businesses in Michigan.  We will strive to advance the needs of the small business community under a collective voice in those matters that relate to legislation and business activities that affect our members.

Membership Dues

$25 Individual Membership (For students, retirees or unemployed, has limited
benefits and services.)
$125 1 - 25 Employees
$225 26 - 100 Employees
$325 Corporate Membership - 100+ Employees
(Covers all businesses with multiple units, divisions, branches, etc.)


Your membership dues will remain the same each year.  Your membership dues also include a subscription to our Corp! magazine.

The Michigan Business & Professional Association is a sister association to the Michigan Food & Beverage Association.
